Relevant Strides is a consulting firm founded by Jeanne Fama, PhD, MBA, to help individuals, teams, and organizations develop and achieve critical goals through the application of research-based, strategically relevant coaching, training, and leadership development programs. We offer a range of customizable, empirically derived solutions designed to help organizations better align on cultural and strategic aims, improve upon corporate wellness, and boost performance.
Jeanne Fama is a clinical and consulting psychologist with a passion for helping individuals and organizations actualize potential. Dr. Fama received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University and her MBA and Business Analytics Certificate from MIT's Sloan School of Business. She began her career as a scientist-practitioner at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where she directed research and provided research-based care.
As her research interests expanded, Dr. Fama became increasingly committed to providing research-based interventions to executives and organizations who expressed interest in managing stress and maintaining their wellbeing while sharpening their focus and achieving personal and professional value-derived goals. She established Relevant Strides to educate organizational leaders about how to measure and improve upon individual and organizational health and performance. After consulting for several years for the healthcare communications firm LuxSci, Dr. Fama was invited to join their leadership team. As LuxSci's Executive Vice President, she helps C-suite and other organizational leaders develop, align, and achieve individual and corporate goals.
In addition to her work at Relevant Strides and LuxSci, Dr. Fama continues to maintain a part-time faculty position at Harvard Medical School and lectures at MIT's Sloan School of Business. She has authored numerous publications and lectured nationally and internationally on empirically based interventions. She is the recipient of several teaching and mentoring awards at Harvard University and Harvard Medical School.
